When will I receive my order?
Orders placed in the USA Monday thru Friday, generally arrive in 3-5 business days. See below
- We are closed for all major holidays — orders placed on holidays ship the following business day.
- Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed before 12 p.m. ET typically ship the same business day.
- We collect sales tax on orders shipped to any state that requires local sales tax be added to the order total on remote purchases, including any shipping charges.
Free shipping circumstances
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States for orders over $10.00. (Most orders under $10.00 are excluded, including but not limited to: discounts, coupons in which the total discount is less than or equal to $10.00.) This policy is subject to change without notice.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout if possible. HOW WILL Turbo 3000 SHIP MY PRODUCT?
Orders eligible for free shipping will ship by a carrier determined by Turbo 3000. Among the carriers we use are UPS and USPS, DHL. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, you are provided with an array of shipping options at checkout, including expedited shipping when available.
